2,5-hour car journey from Lisbon or Porto, 4,5 hours from the Algarve region, stays this land of 8,000 sqm, 900 sqm of which (with 6 cork oaks and an olive tree) are located, in the lower part, in the urban area of ​​the charming village of Salgueiro do Campo, and the remainder, above, is dense pine forest (recently cleared, preventing the risk of fire, although not common in the area).

According to the local PDM (Municipal Master Plan), it is sufficient to submit the application to the town hall for the construction of a house of up to approximately 350 sqm.

The land has a gentle slope at its ends and enjoys sober views over the mountains of the region and is located just behind the traditional local carousels. The secondary road of the area encircles the urban area, separating it from the pine forest area, which extends to the road to Antenas.
